Rooms

Eurostars Pórtico Alicante offers 50 air-conditioned rooms with a desk, safety deposit box, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Some rooms provide city views. Junior Suites include a minibar, wardrobe, and tea/coffee facilities. Deluxe double rooms feature natural stone walls and wooden furniture, while the Junior Suite with terrace offers separate rooms and a large terrace.

Dining

The hotel has a rooftop bar-cafeteria, Mira Miralta, with views of the town hall square. Guests can enjoy drinks, cocktails, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. i loved the central location in the historic district. my superior double room overlooked a beautiful square. the breakfast buffet provided a good selection. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. there was a good selection and i liked the local delicacies on offer. the location is great. I could easily walk to the beach, the markets, and the historical sites.
The staff at the rooftop bar seemed rather rude. It was difficult to get served. the gym was quite shabby. i couldn't work out properly, and it was disappointing.

I found a couple of things disappointing. the rooftop bar service was slow. I waited for ages without anyone attending to me, even when it wasn't busy. there also wasn't a proper lounge area. I expect a five-star hotel to have a comfortable space to relax before going out or after a long day.

it was very clean and spacious. breakfast had a fantastic selection including made to order egg dishes. another nice thing is that they will provide chairs and umbrella for the beach. It is just a quick walk away.
